The defined emotional center will be anyone who is an emotional authority. These individuals are moving through an emotional wave and processing emotions consistently. Their emotional state is not generally affected by external circumstances. They can have a bad day without any external reason for having a bad day, or they can have a good day without reason. Their emotions are an inside job and are not affected that much by things outside of them.
Their emotions will show up consistently. Sadness will feel like sadness every time. Anger will feel like anger, and happiness will feel like happiness. They have the potential to become emotionally intelligent in their own emotional processing.
When you have this center defined, you impact others, and you can bring them into your emotional experience with you. You can bring them on an emotional journey, and you can channel your emotions into the work that you do. It is important to connect to your sense of emotional intelligence. Try tracking your emotions to see how you are feeling on a regular basis. Watch the patterns of your emotions, and compare them to your unique emotional wave. When you are in the midst of an emotional wave, give yourself the space to process and feel those emotions. Repressing them will likely lead to emotional explosions over time.
