** In consideration of the fees and coaching services exchanged, Eden Carpenter (“Company”) and “The Client" agree to the following terms and conditions contained herein:

You are agreeing to pay a fee for the Sacred Success Coaching Certification

No refunds are available for this program. 

Eden Carpenter is the sole right owner of all content in the Sacred Success Coaching Certification

When you purchase access to this certification you are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the information. You may not publish or share the service or your login details with anyone else. 

You shall not copy, re-sell, sub-license, rent out, share or otherwise distribute the Sacred Success Coaching Certification, whether modified or not, to any third party.

If you do not uphold the agreement to this service, Eden Carpenter reserves the right to terminate access immediately, remove you from the certification, remove you from the recommended readers page, and seek lawful action.

Because of the access to a textbook with all of my personal written information you will be given the rights to use this in your readings. HOWEVER, The Company (Eden Carpenter) owns the copyrights for this information and you must sight any descriptions that are directly copied from the Company's work. If you wish to rewrite this information in your own words you have permission to do so. You will have the rights to use this information in your offers, coaching, and business. You will NOT have the rights to create a certification program, or programs that directly teach this exact content.

In no event shall the company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, reliance or consequential damages, whether foreseeable or not, including, but not limited to, damage or loss of property, equipment, information or data, loss of profits, revenue or goodwill, cost of capital, cost of replacement services, or claims for service interruptions or transmission problems, occasioned by any defect in the site, the content, and/or related materials, the inability to use services provided hereunder or any other cause whatsoever with respect thereto, regardless of theory of liability. This limitation will apply even if the company has been advised or is aware of the possibility of such damages. The company is also not liable or does not guarantee and form of results from the certification.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and each of its directors, officers employees, and agents, harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to (i) your breach of this Agreement, (ii) any violation by you of law or the rights of any third party, (iii) any materials, information, works and/or other content of whatever nature or media that you post or share on or through the Site, (iv) your use of the Site or any services that the Company may provide via the Site, and (v) your conduct in connection with the Site or the services or with other users of the Site.
3. These Terms of Use may be revised from time to time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms of Use to which you are bound.
